How does invoicing work?

You receive a VAT invoice from a Polish company, payable by bank transfer in EUR or PLN. Public seats: Invoice on confirmation, 14-day payment terms. Pro-forma on request. Enterprise: milestone invoicing on request.

Can you work with our purchase order?

Yes. Send the PO number with the request and it appears on the invoice. Vendor onboarding forms: I fill them, you send them.

Are prices net or gross?

Prices are net. Polish companies: +23% VAT. EU companies with a valid VAT ID: reverse charge — no Polish VAT on the invoice, you self-account in your country. Outside the EU: no Polish VAT.

What are the cancellation terms for a private run?

21+ days before: free. 8–20 days: 50%. 7 days or fewer: 100%. One free reschedule with 14+ days' notice.

Which language do you train in?

English or Polish. Materials in English (official Microsoft courseware), delivery in either language.
