I start from your stack, your rollout date and the roles in the room, then assemble from official Microsoft courseware, my own courseware and your systems. Delivery is one cohort or twelve, remote or on-site, English or Polish. You get a program document before you get an invoice.

- I fill in your supplier forms. You send them.
- Payment terms
- Invoice on confirmation, 14-day payment terms. Pro-forma on request.
- Cancellation
- 21+ days before: free. 8–20 days: 50%. 7 days or fewer: 100%. One free reschedule with 14+ days' notice.
Private runs
Private runs are quoted per training day, not per head. For a full team that is usually the better deal, and I show you both numbers side by side.

You receive a VAT invoice from a Polish company, payable by bank transfer in EUR or PLN. Public seats: Invoice on confirmation, 14-day payment terms. Pro-forma on request. Enterprise: milestone invoicing on request.
