Built on Microsoft's official MS-4014 course. We cut through the agent hype: what an agent can and cannot do, how Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry and the Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit differ, and how to plan an agent before anyone builds it. Then you build one on your own content.

You receive a VAT invoice from a Polish company, payable by bank transfer in EUR or PLN. Public seats: Invoice on confirmation, 14-day payment terms. Pro-forma on request. Enterprise: milestone invoicing on request.
Yes. Send the PO number with the request and it appears on the invoice. Vendor onboarding forms: I fill them, you send them.
Prices are net. Polish companies: +23% VAT. EU companies with a valid VAT ID: reverse charge — no Polish VAT on the invoice, you self-account in your country. Outside the EU: no Polish VAT.
Substitute a colleague any time, free. Cancel 14+ days before: full refund or credit. Under 14 days: credit toward any date within 12 months. No-show: no refund. If I cancel or move a date: full refund plus first pick of the next date.
