A custom programme, not an official Microsoft course. Day one covers the PL-7008 ground. Day two is your environment: connectors to your systems, API actions, testing, a security review and a handover runbook. The agent you build stays with you and keeps running.

You receive a VAT invoice from a Polish company, payable by bank transfer in EUR or PLN. Public seats: Invoice on confirmation, 14-day payment terms. Pro-forma on request. Enterprise: milestone invoicing on request.
Yes. Send the PO number with the request and it appears on the invoice. Vendor onboarding forms: I fill them, you send them.
Prices are net. Polish companies: +23% VAT. EU companies with a valid VAT ID: reverse charge — no Polish VAT on the invoice, you self-account in your country. Outside the EU: no Polish VAT.
Substitute a colleague any time, free. Cancel 14+ days before: full refund or credit. Under 14 days: credit toward any date within 12 months. No-show: no refund. If I cancel or move a date: full refund plus first pick of the next date.
