It’s been a busy 2 weeks, including a quick trip to Warsaw, Poland to officially launch eduworlds.com as LTD and hiring 6+ people to our team.
But that’s eduworlds. My illegal run in FS contest is all about Data Platform.
So in last update I wrote that these are main pillars of this project:
DataPlatform.Academy itself – platform with the best SQL/BI courses I usually provide on in-person/in-class basis.
DataPlatform.Studio – podcast to guide young data platform specialists how to develop their careers by interviewing the industry stars.
DataPlatform.Observer – a newsletter to provide bite-size overview of latest news from the industry.
So what have I done so far?
DataPlatform.Studio is fully set up and ready to go – sign up to get notified about the first episode
DataPlatform.Observer is up and running as well. I need about 2 weeks to get the first 2-3 issues ready so there will be no delays.
DataPlatform.Academy – this was my plan for the weekend, but if you’re following me on instagram, you know it wasn’t meant to be.
Next steps:
- Full blown sales page on DP.Academy
- Invite first guest (already reached out) to DP.Studio
- Write first 2 issues of DP.Observer
Next week my LSD* Mastermind group comes back to the game after a short break we had, so I will need to restructure my workday. For the last couple of weeks I’ve been working at 225% (literally – sometimes from 4am till 10pm, that’s 18h straight, and I believe that’s the main reason why I’m sick this weekend).
After the initial jump start, I need to find my balance and harmony to progress steadily. At a nice pace, but steadily.
(LSD stands for Liczy Się Działanie 😅)
